Apartments are available at 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Bookings must be accompanied by a £50 deposit per apartment
(Cheque payable to G.Kilburn). Note that deposits are non-refundable.

The balance on any apartment is payable on arrival.

Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 28 days from the date of arrival.

In the event of a cancellation within 28 days of arrival date, the full cost of the apartment is payable.

The number of people occupying an apartment must not exceed the number declared.

A supplement of £10 per night will be charged for Extra persons (up to the capacity of the apartment) .

Dogs are accepted at the discretion of the proprietor.  Dogs should not be left alone in the apartments and are not permitted on the ornamental garden at the front of the property.

"Holiday insurance is recommended to cover cancellations due to sickness etc."
